Character Stuck in Wailing Prison

Does anyone know how to get a character unstuck from the Wailing Prison? I did the portion of the quest that took place in the area and talked to Lyris, however, my dungeon queue popped at that time and after returning to the Wailing Prison I am unable to proceed through the door to Bloodforge. It gives a message that says I can't do that at this time. The /stuck command reloads me in the same zone. I have tried to teleport to guildmates, group members, houses (both owned and preview in the crown store), attempted queues for Dungeons, BGs, and Cyrodil. None of them work. I filed a ticket (200406-012585) but I am hoping someone might know a way since my character has been stuck there since Sunday night. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

@Ozium The option to abandon quest does not appear in the journal. Good idea though!

    Greetings,

As this thread was originally created in April 2020, we decided to close it down. In many cases, it's better to create a new thread on a topic that you want to discuss as opposed to bumping one that is rather old.

    Thank you for your understanding.
