Bar swapping recently requiring long/hard left d-pad press to initiate

I play on NA Xbox Series X and I've noticed the last few days at least (maybe since the last patch) that bar swapping doesn't seem to be working as well as it used to. The best way I can describe this is that when I press the left d-pad button quickly/lightly (in a way that used to trigger the bar swap just fine), the bar swap doesn't happen. I have to press down the button more firmly and for a longer period and then the swap will work. Is this a known issue and is it going to be addressed soon? It's really affecting my play in a negative way in both PVP and PVE.

HybridFreak✭✭✭I've been having the same issue on Xbox NA for the last couple of weeks, especially when there's a lot going on at once on the screen. It seems like the game just doesn't recognize the bar swap sometimes. I'll have to hit it 2-3 times before it finally goes through. And then sometimes it'll only process it as a single swap and other times it'll process all of them.1
