Win 7 game launcher freezing
I cannot run the game on my pc, Steam or not Steam is not work even with full UAC off
The instaler just freez on first run after instaling direct x and CC++

ok i found the solution on google:
1. Download windows 7 update "KB3140245" from https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB3140245 7
2. install Easy Fix from:https://download.microsoft.com/download/0/6/5/0658B1A7-6D2E-474F-BC2C-D69E5B9E9A68/MicrosoftEasyFix51044.msi
Launcher started downloading game next runing game without problems
