Sensapi.dll is missing

I got this error after the Deadlands dlc was downloaded. I discovered that sensapi.dll is not missing on my win7 computer.
To fix the error I had to copy sensapi.dll from C:\WINDOWS\System32 to C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client
Hope this will help anyone experiencing the same problem.
