Tuesday night Steam issues

Steam launcher SAYS it is "updated"
But I cannot login to the PCNA Server.

My husband does NOT use STEAM. He can log in! :-(
This is not the first Tuesday night where this is happened. What is the issue? Is it with Steam, or ESO?

    I think the Steam update broke ESO. This is not the 1st time I have had this issue. Happens a lot on Tues when both ESO and Steam have updates

    On October 19th there was an issue for Steam players preventing them from logging into the ESO servers. This issue has since been resolved. With the issue resolved, we are now going to close out this discussion.
