They did give a time frame of 2hrs at 8:12pm EST.

I'd go eat, shower, watch a movie, do some cleaning and it might be up by then.

Did they try unplugging it and plugging it back in? Did they unload all their addons? Did they try reducing their resolution? DID THEY FEED THE HAMSTERS???
