Been getting this all morning.
Have tried All steps in troubleshooting guide.
In step 2 of advanced troubleshooting, I keep timing out trying to open Bethesda patch manifest file
I have also tried raising a ticket. Unfortunately, I've had to change my password so many times, I cant even log on to my account through the ZoS site. I usually log in through steam
Is anyone else having issues logging in?

What do I do if I get Error 210 "PatchManifestError_DownloadFail" when trying to download The Elder Scrolls Online on Windows?

I have done everything in that list and I continue to have the problem!! I get the Error 210, then it gives the option to repair. If I click repair, I get the same 210 error.
I am on Win 7 64 SP1, I don't have a VPN, I am on day 3 of being unable to log into the game, and with all the people having this issue, it really irks me that you all try to put it on us.
My daughter is on WIN10 and hers works just fine!! Will ya'll please fix whatever happened or refund us for the months until you fix it!?!0 -
PannioneSoul Shrivenyes please fix this my internet and everything is working just fine my cousin checked everything in basic and advanced trouble shooting and it the problems are on zos's end. again please fix this i really dont want to miss out on claiming my free community items from the crown store.0 -
