[XBOX] Game Breaking Bug - Game Crashes on entry to The Silent Halls (Blackwood) and locks character

I have no idea how this continues to happen with console releases but here we go...
When you enter into The Silent Halls (Public Dungeon) in Blackwood, the game will literally crash to the desktop on Xbox
If you restart the game or Xbox and try to load that character, it's still stuck in the Silent Halls and the game will crash to desktop every time.
In other words, if you have a character enter The Silent Halls at the present time, you can no longer play on that character at all.
Notes :
- The bug is repeatable and currently I can't find a work around for it.
- Other characters on the same account load normally.
- I am on the Xbox Series X after the latest update.
