No sale again for Asian PSN?

We were left out on the previous Quakecon Blackwood and crowns sale, and there is again no sale on Blackwood this time on Asian PSN. Why? Asian players not welcomed?

    I noticed this last night too. Wasn't aware of previous cases. Guess I'll spend money on something else.
