Launcher Crashes during start

I can't get into ESO today. Yesterday was fine, but today the launcher gets to "Updating Applications List" and then just goes away.
Any tips? Anyone else having issues before I do a complete reinstall?

Gandamir✭✭✭I am PC EU, but couldn't even get that far. This was the launcher/Updater that was crashing. It is fine now a few hours later, so might be a bug related to failure to connect to the servers for data feeds.0

ZOS_BilladminOn September 17th and 18th there were some sporadic login issues affecting some players on every ESO server. These issues were quickly resolved and are no longer happening.
