ZOS please stop answering like robots with troubleshooting - logging issues are not in our hands

I really cannot read all ZOS answers just like robots or copy paste...
Many players are using the same system/game/antivirus/ports/internet/etc settings for years and the game is running well till some events/updates come, then it's crashing and crashing or not even loggin in. Then, after few days, it starts working well without any change from our side. So ZOS, when so many players are reporting the same issues, just stop answering like robots with troubleshooting links, or stop closing the claims with the suggestion to open ticket. Just be aware of the repeating issues (so so many times) and please try to fix it after so many years when we've spent our money in this game, with all new dlc, etc. We are still here because this game is one of the best ever, but technical support shall be significantly improved...

    Many login issues players run into for ESO will involve the same kinds of trobleshooting which is why we have help articles available with standard troubleshooting for players to try. For some login issues we may not know right away if there is a server issue or ISP outage in a specific region. When we confirm more wide ranging server issues we will update existing threads to update players on what is happening. As this post isn't seeking any specific help we are now going to close this discussion.
