Cursor scaling issue at 4k resolution

Yesterday I upgraded to a 27 inch 4k IPS monitor and the game looks great.
The problem is that the cursor doesnt scale up so its really small.
Ive tried all sorts of things with the Win10 DPI scaling settings but the game cursor isnt affected.
Repairing and reinstalling the game didnt work, the ESO Launcher is also really small so its hard to read the text.

When I searched for possible solutions I found a response from @ZOS_GinaBruno dating back to September 2015. Is there a solution to this problem? Or is there an addon that can increase my cursor size?

System specs
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080
Resolution: 3840 × 2160 @60Hz
OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)

I dont have any issues with the cursor at 4k. I play on max UI scale.

Do you have any addons related to the cursor? That could be the problem?

No, I dont think so, the cursor starts small (even before logging in) so I dont think its an addon that causes the problem.
But I will try without addons and remove usesettings.ini just to be sure.

Can I ask what DPI scaling you currently use in Windows?
Mine is set at 175% but changing it doesnt change the cursor.

Mine is 150%. You can try to check these settings of eso64.exe

I cannot tell you right now what are these settings for me as I am at work. I can check tonight.

Jumping on to this thread, is it possible to change the scaling of the launcher and cursor? I just recently switched to a 4k as well and now the launcher is too small to read without craning my neck. Thanks!

I havent found any way to make it work. Only thing that made the game playable for me was to reduce the resolution to 1440p.

With the tiny cursor I had trouble targeting players so it was really getting annoying.
