Did the servers crash again?

Seems like it. I just got in some weird queue, then it kicked me out and gave me:

Error 108 (7:5:355:0)
Login Failed. Please try again.

I tried repairing the game and check the ports as instructed on the support website. But it is more likely that it is the login server that is down or having issues.

It's probably just the login servers, which are different servers than the servers you 'play' on. (correct me if wrong)

Hmmm, I just logged in to the game from steam, had the launcher open since before. For some reason I had to select the PC EU server, then I got to char select screen and loaded character successfully. So whatever hiccup with the server that happened might've been solved now.

I have had this problem (error 108 etc) with PC NA server. Apparently solved by logging directly from app (and not by STEAM).
But now this same server shows a series of "selective lags", that is long time for interaction with NPCs, weapons that stay sheated, while common movements (run, jump) are unaffected.

Tested the EU server and it has no problem, or at least not the above ones.

Around September 8th some players on PC-EU ran into login errors accessing ESO. These login issues should now be resolved. For this reason we are closing the discussion.
