Cant' login to the game (pc eu)

No answer from server error for me and my wife. Tried to restart pc and launcher didn't help.

Can not log in - getting Login timeout error for the last our. This morning I did log in with no problems, went to work, now I can not log in at all on the live server. Tried repair, nothing changed. Tried renaming ProgramData folder to ProgramData_backup, restarted comp, disabled antivirus/firewall - no luck. I can log in on the PTS server though but can not play on the live server.
