Antiquity Codex entries reset

The Codex entries for Daedric Pillar of Torment that I excavated earlier were reset to 0/3 after I got a new lead for it from Vaults of Madness.
All 3 previous leads were acquired from Coldharbour overland. Please find a screenshot with 3 Pillars placed at a house together with Antiquities window below:

    I lost more than 40 leads, I know they're doing a maintenance specifically for this, but I doubt they will restore them.
