Character stuck in limbo

Yesterday while porting to the Ravenwatch pvp Campaign my character had the map open and somehow ended in clockwork city.
I'm am unable to do anything before the game crashes to desktop with a crash report prompt.
My character selection screen says it is in Clockwork city.
This is what I see before crashing.
