Crash issue

Ok i had to redo my computer cause of windows 11 update that will be coming out. I installed Elder Scrolls online the launcher comes up does it thing when i click on play the game just goes to a black screen and then in my task manager it says the game is responding but has two ESO games going on at the same time I have done repair and uninstalled it and reinstalled it.
CPU 5950X
GPU Sapphire TOXIC 6900XT
Does anyone have a solution to this driving me up a wall. The game is also on Steam and i can still the regular game but does the same thing.

    Please be sure to try the troubleshooting steps in this article if you haven't already.

    A had no mods and i found the issue without your so called help or support this will be a no star review of the services. Again I already found what was causing and no I'm not gonna tell you cause of the lack of professionalism and knowledge of your support system.
    A i had to send the same document 6 times then after that tear into there butts about the 6 documents that where the same documents with different days on theme, for theme to actually look at the documents they asked for 6 times and still after that they where way off on the problems blaming that it was graphics card A wrong thing to do if it was a graphics card none for the other games i have would work right either in one form or another, not just a single game.
    @ asking for the exact same documents 6 times in a row after i had already sent theme the first time cause no one bother to look for the document they asked for and annoy the CUSTOMER with there job by asking for the same said document more than once cause again that staff didn't look at the document is very unprofessional and makes the support system a laughing joke to actually support and resolve issues your Customer base have and appropriate fixes that need be done and dealt with.
    If i where you and i know you will most likely come up with some excuse not to do this but i would pass the fact that support is a joke and needs to be reworked and fixed to actually support and have actual fixes to for the Customers of the game to your bosses and so forth up the chain.
    No I'm not angry at you or anything but still what i say is with respect and such but seriously you support does need alot of work.
