Customer support will only answer after 24 hours, first time it's just a standard form like answer, answer to that wait another 24 hours for a new answer. Call back support within an hour are 5 days, and then a standard mail answer.
Greedy aswell as they will as they deduct monthly subs ahead of time.
When you first are able to log into game, an awesome game it is.
However you are faced with massive spam from gold sellers, and bot's farming dungeon bosses for hours at the time, even if it's reported multiple times, from several players.
HAVE A MODERATOR WATCH THE ZONE CHAT, AND AUTOBAN GOLD SELLERS FOR GOD'S SACKES..... IT'S NOT ROCKET SIENCE. SAME GOES FOR THOSE BLASTED BOT'S...

Will take the time to thank all the awesome players I encountered during my in-game time. And the creators of the antispam add-ons. Keep at it, atleast some one understand the meaning of a huge ignore list....
And a thank to the creators, for taking their time in making this game, but next time don't put the rookies to work on the launcher.. you just cant make a Ferrari and fit in a door from Lada(Russian *** car) and think that will sell....
