How to unsubscribe from a thread?

I currently I turned on notifications on threads I've commented. But is there a way to stop receiving notifications for a specific thread?

✭✭✭✭✭The comments above address bookmarks, but OP is referring notifications on for threads you’ve participated in. There is currently no “unsubscribe” feature on these forums.
Back when I had notifications turned on I would not participate in threads that seemed like they would spiral, because I didn’t want to get bombarded with notifications on it. There's no way to stop notifications for a specific thread: you can only be notified from all threads you've commented or none. I had your issue once and I've decided to "fix" the issue by turning off all the notifications for the threads I've made comments on.

I had your issue once and I've decided to "fix" the issue by turning off all the notifications for the threads I've made comments on.
u don't half to disable all, u just need to uncheck box that says:
New comments on posts I've participated in
