Scrying Nag screen

Hello,
I have been trying to get rid of this Scrying nag screen that showed up a few days ago. It shows up after I have zoned into a new area and stays for about 10 seconds...thoughts?

    Are you currently using any add-ons?

    If so, try removing them as one could be causing this issue with the antiquities menu.

    Did you ever find a resolution for this? I have a friend who is having this issue, and turning off all addons, deleting usersettings -- none of that fixed it.
