PC\NA - get to char selection screen but chars won't load

it's intermittent... sometimes i can get in, many times not.

I was having this problem too, PC/NA, but kept retrying and just now got in and am playing.

EDIT: LOL. and two minutes later I was kicked out for not having a valid internet connection. Going to be one of those days I guess!
