visual bug on silken ring guards

there's a visual bug on silken ring guards that started after murkmire update and never got fixed after that.
somehow after murkmire update a weird texture appeared on the legs of the characters when using the silken ring guards.

    More than 2 years after reporting a simple visual bug, and even after so many updates this is not yet fixed. Impressive!
