I got email response, but I couldn't get actual crown in -game account.
This is totally serious problem. Solve immediately.
My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I'm Tank and Healer main player.

    30 minute later, the crown reflected at my account. Problem solved.
    But yesterday, I got crown after buy it immediately. This is first case.
    I've never seen this before...
    My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
