Returning player just came to theorycraft on console. I know console lame but all my CP is there and and my stuff...
Does the word "target" on a set mean the same thing and enemy ?
If I can understand this terminology that would be great to my conclusion if something is working.
Common sense would have me conclude that any thing I am fighting is technically a target correct or is the ZOS terminology different from human language ?
After this is answered hopefully I can get some insight to why thoerycrafting is super bad now, because everything seems homogenized in terms of abilities and skills.

Kvatch Gladiator - I'm not getting the buff on enemy players or in PvE I'm getting a 400 wd buff only. Its kind of frustrating coming back to see a set I liked to not work when I have a few builds in mind.
Half the game is thoerycrafting for me... sucks that it doesn't work on console.
Players are hitting really hard in PVP now, and seems all the biggest damage seems to win on abilities now.
ESO got really weird imo ...
