I took a new character out to Leyawiin, and noticed the wayshrine inside of the city was missing from the city map.
However, while stepping just outside of the city, looking on the map, you can see the city's wayshrine.
The wayshrine is really there, as you come around the corner of the buildings.

✭Because they are using a new system of having the inner city behind a loading screen since Greymoor (reality: inner city is placed into the unreachable corners of the zone worldspace), the wayshrine doesn't appear outside Leyawiin. Same thing goes with Solitude and Markarth.PC-EU @maitsukas

✭If on PC you can get a few addons that show all wayshrines and other points of interest. Map Pins and Destinations both show everything if you select them.0 -

This is correct. Leyawiin, for instance, exists out-of-bounds to the far east of the map, surrounded by a mostly barren fascimile of the zone itself.0
