Restoring tether and both morphs heal the caster twice per tick

This should be fix asap, restoring theter and mortal coil not always but usually yes they heal the caster twice per tick

Living Death
Restoring Tether
Braided Tether (morph): Fixed an issue where this ability healed the caster twice per tick.
