So today I can't login to the game and any time I get any responds from support their just copy and pasting:
"You will need to redeem your Physical Edition code that is located within the box through your account online. After this, you will need to submit subscription verification information to activate the game code. Once everything is verified, you will be able to log into the game client.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!"
I have even said in my messages to support that I have already redeem my physical edition code that is located within my box on 4/4/2014 and also setup my subscription and had it all verified on 4/4/2014 So why can't support actually help me instead of sending me the same message back every time.
I been playing the game since beta and had no issue and the only thing I can see maybe that caused it is on 4/10/2014 I bought the Imperial Edition Upgrade cause I only had the standard edition bought.
If anyone has an idea on how to fix this I appreciate it.

I have yet to hear from this specialized department and am starting to wonder what is going on that is not letting me play the game. I haven't gotten any messages or anything to say I have a banned or suspended account or done anything for that to happen.
I am also wondering for anyone else who got the standard edition of the game does it read 4/4/2014 Digital Standard Edition in your billing history even if you got a physical copy as I do and if not could that be the issue.
