Is Reshade Allowed?

I was looking around for some graphics mods and came across this texture overhaul mod which uses reshade. I just want to confirm if this is allowed by the developers before I tinker with it. Can anyone confirm please? Thank you.

✭Yes reshade is allowed all it does is change things like colour, brightness, etc there are some that can do a sort of fake hdr or make colours more vibrant. I downloaded reshade and messed with different settings on it with ESO until I got something I was happy with. The ones you can download like texture overhaul are simply pre-set options for re-shade. But it's up to you if you want to use a pre-set or make your own settings. But yes, reshade is very much allowed.1 -
