I can’t access Greymoore!!

Can some one please help me? I haven’t played eso in awhile and I preordered greymoore last year!! I have it downloaded in my library. I have the collectors edition. It shows in my DLC stories but I can not access it. Can someone fix this for me? Please?

ZOS_Chiroptera✭✭✭Hello @Sega4life, in the Stories section of your Collections menu there is a drop-down list called Chapter. When you select Greymoor, there should be a button to Accept Quest.
