PLEASE give us the option to choose Non-DLC Random dungeons w/ ESO plus !!

For those of us who are fairly limited in time to play, it's nice to have the option to choose how we utilize that time. DLC dungeons take much longer to complete than the non-dlc alternatives. As a ESO Plus member, I find myself continuously being thrown into DLC random daily dungeons when I really don't have the time to complete them. I just want to do a quick run and get the job done for the day so I can move on. So, more often than not, I simply leave group, because I have too many other things that I need to do before logging off. Unfortunately, leaving group costs an additional 15 minutes to regroup, not to mention ruining the mood for all other group members, costing them additional time to find a replacement. This can be a big problem if it's the tank who leaves. I realize that the problem lies with being an ESO plus member. Sure, I could drop my membership, but I like having all the benefits that it brings and that's not an option for me or others like me in this situation. ZOS, please take this into consideration for the future. Giving us the option to choose between DLC & Non-DLC random dungeons as ESO Plus members would be greatly appreciated!

I'm a ESO+ member myself and I find it very strange that I'm being punished for being a paying member. Not having the option of excluding the DLC dungeons when doing a random dungeon is just baffling.

    I just stopped subbing.

Not just for this reason - this spectacular failure to have a workable source of transmute crystals for people who mostly do solo questing/storytelling - but for other reasons that I won't get into here.

Until there's better transmute crystal sourcing - as long as random dungeons remain by far the best way for me to get transmutes - there is simply no way I will consider a year sub.

Naturally, this means transmutes from random dungeons are going to be reduced.

Normally people would pay to play DLC content. Here you got paying customer's begging to skip DLC content XD

It's so backwards.. But understandable I guess.

I would also like this option. Sometimes the DLC ones just take more time than I have.

... and Casinos should remove any colour I haven't bet on from the roulette table every round, or just let me bet again. It's only fair, the ball might land unfavourably otherwise.

Daily random is dungeon roulette, you get in the queue and take your chances. Or you game it by having someone <45 queue with you.

Daily random is dungeon roulette, you get in the queue and take your chances. Or you game it by having someone <45 queue with you.

Or you just do it by refusing to pay, losing the crafting bag which all most people actually sub for, and then the DLC dungeons don't exist to you. You are better off by not subbing than you are by subbing in this argument. I prefer a toggle personally, but obviously a lot of people don't want the DLC dungeons, that's a design problem.

There's a bunch of DLC dungeons I've yet to reach. What happens when I need to do one and all the "random" queuers who otherwise would have formed the group have opted out? Spend days in the LFGroup queue? Skip the content I paid for?

I know time is a precious commodity. But it's precious for everyone.

So it won't be that much different from what it is now since I see people quit groups all the time when they get DLC they don't want. At least then the people there will want to be there. :)

The problem with letting people opt out of the DLC dungeons in the random queue is then not enough people would do them to make the group finger a viable options for those players who do. I really don't want to see that happen.

What I'd prefer is that ZOS stopped making DLC dungeons harder and harder for the average player to do. And make them shorter. And add an easier option for existing dungeons for the daily random to encourages more players to do them. Yeah, the snobs can sneer at that all they like, but when I group with 3 strangers who are also taking time to help me do this content, I want them all to feel like they belong there, regardless of their experience or level. I hate seeing people apologize in chat for not doing well or not knowing some dumb mechanic that I probably wouldn't know either if someone else hadn't told me before. Players shouldn't feel bad for playing content they paid for.

There's no reason we need long, grueling dungeons with lots of non-intuitive, incredibly stupid mechanics that we have to look up online beforehand to know or risk being yelled at or kicked from the group. This is suppose to be a game, not a job. In short, ZOS just needs make better dungeons with the actual player base in mind and not just for the elite players who promote the game via websites and Twitch while expecting the rest of us to want to play this sort of dumbly conceived content.

PC-NA since 2015. Tired and unimpressed.

DLC dungeons just need more transmutes. Period.

Even better would be to have them drop after each boss to spread them out so there is less risk of getting nothing if you have a real flimsy group.

If queue was to get separated then dlc dungeons rewards should be increased significantly. Otherwise it would be impossible to find groups for dlcs. People who dislike dlcs say they are paying customers but what about me? I also pay and WANT to do dlc content. Why punish me? And dont say form your own group. Why should I have to. I'm paying same as you and wanna use ingame tool - the group finder. The only solution is to have different tier rewards for harder content.

In the real world if you want someone to do something for you that they don't want to do you either cut a deal or pay them. As it stands it won't make any difference when people just see "oh DLC" and quit the group anyway.

Too many toons not enough time

Same goes for you lol. Its actually good business idea. People sell different carries all the time in zone chat, trials for titles skins, dungeons for personalities, Skyreach etc. Well I'm gonna make lvl10 character and sell guaranteed FG1, SC1, BC1 random dungeons to people who hate dlcs. Is 10k a pop ok price?

We do guild runs where we take it in turns to bring the baby toon. Works very well and is cheaper 8)

The real problem is that we need to farm dungeons (ZOS if we need to farm something it must be fast) Dungeons shouldnt have to be farmed for anything even XP
