Since last patch, the offline status in guild members list and friends list are kind of messed up. Instead of saying x months or x days offline, it says minutes.

And every new day I log to the game their offline status resets to minutes again.

Is this working correctly or it's bugged?

If bugged, how can we know which members of a guild are the most inactive ones (meaning that didn't log in in x amount of days)?
