There's a lot of confusion surrounding what can and can't be used after UD29. We found the answer.

Here's the rule to follow, it doesn't matter if it's a 1,2,3,4, or 5th piece set bonus. It must be pure stats(i.e.129 weapon damage) or that slot is wasted. If it is a percentile(i.e. reduces damage of players by 3%, 4% healing done, 4% healing taken) it will not work next patch.
