Craft Daily are not updated

I have several characters on XBOX-EU. I go into the game once a day at the same time to make craft daily. I am constantly faced with the problem that for several characters they DO NOT UPDATE. Sometimes one, sometimes several. I have never encountered such a problem on PS4. Of course, not every day, but periodically this problem occurs.

Please check your quest log to make sure you don't already have a daily quest. If you don't have a prior quest, try going to your home Alliance city, or Craglorn, to get the new daily writ.
