The Dungeon Finder is not working again can you please fix it

xyphrum✭✭✭Well, dungeon finder has still some serious flaws, so I'd appreciate if you could look into those @ZOS_BillE
I assume there are enough bug reports on the Dungeon finder already. But a few that pop into my mind are:
Staying in "queued" status when queuing with a group of 4.
Getting over 45+ min penalty after leaving a group with only a few minutes penalty in the tooltip.
"Leave queue" would sometimes not leave queue, even when pressing multiple times.
Requeing after leaving queue, would say queued to recently for around 30 seconds.
