It's been going on for moths so I don't suppose it will ever get fixed but the ladders to the city districts often fail to work and you get a message saying "the instance has failed to load".
This normally happens after a death and on the second click it works, however, today the ladders are refusing to work until about the 6th or 7th click.

Maythor✭✭✭✭A similar thing is occuring, when trying to enter Cyrodiil again from a delve. Was stuck for near 5 minutes on Blackreach tonight .. surely the game should remember we are in the campaign even though we pop to a dungeon?2
