NPC knocked me outside of the map. Game crashes

I got heavy attacked outside of the map by an NPC now I'm in a never ending loop of falling until the game crashes and kicks me for the message limit. If I log back in to my character I'm just falling until the game kicks me again.

Can I please get support on this?

@BlazingDynamo I can confirm that support will be able to help you with this - the same thing happened to me not too long ago as well.

You will need to submit a ticket to Customer Support as it's likely you will disconnect before being able to teleport or get /stuck to go through. Once you do however it's just a matter of patience, support can reset the location of the character for you with no trouble!
