Hawk Eye Bow Passive -- Change Proc Condition from Light/Heavy Attack to Any Bow Ability

(Old) Hawk Eye
(WITH A BOW EQUIPPED) Dealing damage with a Light or Heavy Attack increases the damage of your Bow abilities by 5% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
(New) Hawk Eye
(WITH A BOW EQUIPPED) Dealing damage with a Bow Ability increases the damage of your Bow abilities by 5% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
This would make the Hawk Eye passive proc more reliably in PVP, where it is difficult to keep up, without empowering the initial snipe of a ganker.

Light attack weaving to keep the passive up is inconsistent in PVP, where enemies dodge and LOS often. Also, in all content, the passive completely drops to zero stacks during the use of the Toxic Barrage ultimate because the channel takes too long.1 -

Current passive that only procs from light/heavy attack is not better for PVE. The suggested change which procs from damage from any bow ability would be better because it would proc from all bow attacks instead of just light.heavy attacks.0 -

Proc sets have just made every build almost as easy to play as a snipe stacker, the main difference is that nothing other than nightblade cant just pop 1 skill and instantly negate all incoming damage plus turn off all incoming DOTs for 3 seconds.0 -
