AFAIK, the maintenance yesterday morning was just a server reboot, not any sort of patch.

Nope, I am still missing skill point. I guess our best bet is to wait for next incremental patch that is supposed to be in this month (possibly on Monday, January 11th but no official date yet). If it won't be fixed or at least updated by then (with another "we are still working on it") - then we should start to ask wtf is going on.

For me the primary problem is that I don't even know if I can play the game normally. I have entire Markarth main quest ahead because the quest I am about to complete rewards with a new skill point... and something tells me that once I do it, before missing skill point is refunded ZOS will be like: oh you got your skill point back !

Don't necessarily have to wait. I've run werecat a lot with no further points lost. Still haven't gotten my original points.

It was server maintenance, not patch maintenance.
