Guilds and players granted permission can't enter Proudspire Manor!

People have been telling me that they don't have permission to enter my house, even though they do have permission. I granted one of my guilds, as well as an ESO friend (who is part of the guild), and the game still says that they don't have permission.

GhostOfAnEra✭✭✭Sorry for double-posting, but here's an update: A friend was able to transport to another Proudspire Manor, and therefore able to enter it. The thing though is that the person has decorator permission, whereas I only have visitor permission. Maybe that's the problem?0
