I don't see it in fix list

And especially Cyrodiil is very annoying to navigate this slow

    In another thread zos confirmed its bugged and said it will be fixed. But no eta.

    It does beg the question of why they do not add such things to the Known Issues list they created specifically for this update.

    If they added every bug (even those just from this update) it would be longer than the wait for TES 6

    I tried riding in Cyro, but it is actually faster running with 3x Swift + full medium Divines Fiords and Steed mundus.


    But yeah, still not as fast as un-bugged Charging Maneuver.
