Having the same issue, got enough event tickets, but can't by the new berries and the tooltip claims I already have the crimson indrik.

Same. I have 10 tickets, but the 2 berries available for purchase appear "red" in the list - and it says I already have the Crimson Indrik Mount, when this is clearly not the case.

I don't want to waste tickets by doing the quest now - but I can't purchase berries.
