Proudspire Manor doesn't appear on map

Proudspire manor does not show on the map. The only way to port to it is via the Collections menu. Very annoying.

It's been broken since the last patch, long before the event. The Bastion in Blackreach has been missing since then too. Been using collections to get to my houses for a month now.
