My main character is stuck in an infinite search for dungeon.
There is no problem with my others characters but theses sides characters are about 5% of my playing time and i only do casual stuff with them.

About this queue, i can't cancel it, if i log off/ log in, the waiting queue start again.
If someone invit me in group, the queue is still here, leaving the group don't cancel it too.
I 've made a Vug run but queue is still there.
I've tried to make complete the queue , but still with around 6hours of waiting, it's useless.
I've disabled all add-ons, log-off-login, close /restart the game.

I'm at the end of my possibilities, support is contacted but I don't expect that much of it.

Last ressort would be uninstall the game, but it's not viable ( 12hours of download again, no thanks)

Did someone experiment the same ?
