I have the following issue:

I purchased graymoor (preorder) months ago and all went well.
Now I am trying to purchase it for my wife and kids (3 more purchases). The problem is that I keep getting transaction was not authorized error. I tried using 4 different cards, from 2 different banks (all of them having money and being valid - tested on other purchases on other stores after). I tried on all of my children and wife accounts, and on 3 different pcs. Prefered browser was firefox.

Detailed:
- I logged into one of my kids accounts
- I renewed his ESO Plus, using a revolut disposable card (I usually use disposables for everything)
- All went well, he has ESO Plus, no issues there
- 3 minutes after I tried getting graymoor and the issues started as described above
- I contacted my banks (both of them) and they said all looks ok on their end
- I also tested my cards with other merchants and had no issues

How can I go on fixing this? I would really love to play with my family.
