What are your DPS findings?

With the current PTS, it seems DPS on the 21mil dummy as dropped. I, personally, in the same set up have went from about 92K on a MagDK in pSioria and Elfbane to 81K. That seems like a huge differencem despite a few buffs thrown in as well. Obviously, the divines buff is nice, but the B4B nerf, Sioria Nerf ( which is not a HUGE deal I guess ) and more really did a number. I think MagBlade will be fine, but... other classes may suffer. Let me know what you all are finding.

I haven't even touched stam...

    On magsorc/petsorc i am parsing at +/- 1-3k dps diff, usually a + tbh. My highest parse to date has been done on this cycle of PTS... Will wait and see what goes live.

    DPS reduction was sth, already needed for over a year. Lowering the high dps is good in my opinion since most of the games difficulty and mechanics are skipable by absurd amounts of todays dps.

    Sure lower dps, go do final boss of Kyne's Aegis on HM lemme know how fun it is; you lower the dps you need to restructure the later content.

    Sure you can roll through old content, they should make it harder instead, because the higher dps is kept in mind for the newer content.

    But for your question, I was doing 93.6k on live and now I'm doing 87k on pts with hero pots, 85.5k with spell pots on MagDK. Sustain is such trash I have to use a charged staff and heavy attacks or spell symmetry and having such low sustain isn't fun.

    Copy pasting my build from live, so far, on stamsorc 89k (live) to 82k (PTS). I could probably have better results by actually adapting my build, (pen values etc...), and the PTS performance is working against me as well, I always had lower results there.

    Well, define "hard". When we run for trifectas with my guild, in dungeons (you can argue it's not hard, and I would absolutely understand), we skip a ton of mechanics. MHK for example, we skip 2 spriggan phases. The archivist, we ignore the adds and don't reach the color phase. There are a ton of other examples like that. Same in trials.

    vHoF first boss, you can ignore all the spheres, for vSS HM you can ignore the add spawns in between dragon flights, etc etc... Then again, all depends on your definition of hard, but there is definitely a significant amount of fights where you can ignore mechanics if your group has enough damage.

    stam frags been tested in any shape or form, thoughts? feels weird, but then thats me and i suck at testing. ;P

    Yeah, I did test it. The test conditions were not perfect, I didn't adapt my CPs and PTS performance is mostly terrible for me.

    To sum it up, pretty smooth to weave, but with lag the animations are just terrible xD

    I would probably keep using Wrecking Blow for my group composition.

    For PvP, on the other hand :
