Tell us something we do not already know. It's like when you know an artist is a POS but you still listen to their music because you like the music, not the person. Same thing here... we just enjoy the game more than we care about how they treat us.

How are you making us aware without telling us what your friend did? How do we know your friend didn't deserve their ban?
Everyone I've heard of who got banned deserved it, mostly for gold buying, gold selling, or flaming and harassing people.

you're funny i would roast you and make fun of how *** you are but i'll let you do you. some people aren't aware it's good to spread awareness did you not know that?
Generally those who did wrong scream injustice the loudest.
I believe nothing but actual facts and you have not provided anything but a rant and a an insulting one at that.
If you're friend did nothing wrong contact support and the situation will be resolved eventually.
I mean they are a business they want your money

Anyway, contact support. Assuming your friend really didn't get a mail saying why he was banned (ask him to check alternate folders including spam because it might gone somewhere not initially obvious) they can tell him why and whether or not they'll lift it.
NB. Average waiting time here during the pandemic is 10 business days, meaning weekends and bank/national holidays in the US are not include. Also please note the word average, it could be less it could be more than that
i mention what zos done to him and i got my forum suspended from it? i got the email for the proof but anyways. yea my friend has been banned off eso and he made a post on the forums asking for help after waiting for a response then zos bans his forum account with no given reason once again.

Is the forum post your friend made still up? Can you link it?
Again, if they made a forum post angrily discussing disciplinary actions, that's breaking like 1-2 forum rules right there. Potentially ban-worthy
