Warden - Growing Swarm affect by negate

I've posted this a long time ago on the PTE, after it got changed but i think it just went under in the topics 
So the stamina morph (Growing Swarm) is effected by any magic negate. It used to be a magicka ability, so it made sense back then, but it isn't anymore. It is a stamina ability now and should be treated as one.
It's bothering me specifically in Cyrodiil, where the guards put negate on me all the time and i can not use the swarm.
