Characters wont load in - Auto log out after character select screen

Not sure what's happening.
I log into the game per usual. Enter the account name and PW, then after the character select screen opens and I select which character I want to play & It loads for about a minute and then logs me right back out.
The two characters I want to play are in Cryodiil and it won't let me log in on either of them.
My other characters (which aren't in Cryodiil), allow me to log in just fine (one was in the house).

How do I get the two characters which are stuck in Cryodiil out so i can play them? Neither will load the characters. Just straight back to the login page.

Er, correction:

Now no characters will load in (only one managed to get in-game, seems to be a one-off). Right after selecting them and pressing play, I'm getting thrown right back to the Login screen and having to re-enter password.
