Can't sell items at a Fence

I am on the PS4. Trying to sell an item to a Fence in Alinor gives a dialog error box. The other option works, but I don't want to pay only to sell later.

Did you try relogging or a different fence?

It is a known issue that Zos expects to fix in the next few weeks.
