In a bg, literally cant use any actions, abilities, or attacks

I got frozen for 10 seconds, unable to barswap or break free, then died. Now im stuck ina bg literally unable to do any sort of action, including barswapping, attacking, abilties, blocking, or sprinting. What the heck?
